Michael Oloyede is a Nigerian-American Emmy® nominated actor, producer, and creator known for his contributions to the entertainment industry. Born in London, England, he immigrated to the United States with his family at the age of four, which marked the beginning of his remarkable life journey.

Oloyede's early academic pursuits led him to attain a bachelor's degree in marketing, and he subsequently embarked on a corporate career. However, his passion for acting eventually led him to veer away from the conventional nine-to-five routine. This pivotal decision saw him enrolling at the prestigious Stella Adler School of Acting, where he honed his craft and embarked on his acting career in earnest.

His career trajectory has taken him across diverse mediums, including film, television, and the stage, where he has consistently demonstrated his talent and versatility as an actor. Beyond his on-screen and on-stage accomplishments, Oloyede is also known for his work behind the camera, contributing as a producer and creator.

He played a pivotal role helping start The Creative Collective NYC, an initiative that fosters and supports emerging talent in the creative sphere and CultureCon, a highly regarded conference tailored for creatives of color, providing a platform for networking, collaboration, and empowerment within the industry.

Furthermore, Michael is a co-founder of The Lay Out, an annual event that offers a communal space for Black individuals to come together, celebrate culture, and reclaim space.
